At OG Luxury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene standards, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OG Luxury account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective seals and applicators are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
